Summary
At twenty-one years old, Kanda serves as an assistant pastry chef at the bakery Antique. A former middle straw-weight world champion boxer of genius-level talent, he was compelled to retire from the ring after being diagnosed with detached retinas. His path shifted when he encountered Ono's devilishly delicious cake of all cakes, inspiring him to become an apprentice patissier. Even during his boxing days, he harbored an insatiable love for pastries. Kanda boasts the most colorful history among the four men, having been an abandoned child and a former member of a biker gang.
