Summary
Yagura was a shinobi from Kirigakure who served as the Mizukage and acted as the jinchuuriki for the Three-Tailed Turtle, Isobu. He was born on April 3 and belonged to the Karatachi Family, a detail exclusive to the anime adaptation. In his Part II incarnation, he stood at 143 cm tall and weighed 38.8 kg, with an AB blood type. The circumstances surrounding the removal of Isobu from Yagura’s body remain unknown, leaving the beast hostless and wandering freely. Following this event, the Akatsuki captured the Three-Tails. Due to the anime-only character Yūkimaru’s resemblance to Yagura and his partial control over Isobu, it is speculated that the two share a connection, though Yūkimaru does not appear in the manga.
