Summary
Arlette Escardos belongs to the prestigious Escardos magus family, serving as the wife of Mr. Escardos and the mother to Flat Escardos and a daughter. Despite her maternal role, she is consumed by an absolute terror of her son Flat. Initially dismissing his condition as mere deficiency, her perspective shifts drastically until she concludes that Flat is actually a monstrous phenomenon that the family mistakenly identified as their own child. This realization leads her to the conviction that the true culmination of the Escardos family magecraft lies in bringing an end to him.
