Summary
James Latley is the thirty-fifth descendant of the Latley Clan, an ancestor responsible for sealing the pact between humans and demons a millennium ago. Witnessing the suffering inflicted upon humanity, he chose to offer them a chance at survival. To facilitate this, he embedded escape codes within his books, allowing children to flee the plantations.
