Summary
Making his debut in Episode 120, Arrow served as one of the four Tsumegeri Guards. This group of men consumed the Hero Water in a desperate bid to defeat Crocodile. Their efforts proved futile when Crocodile declined to grant them an honorable death by refusing to engage in combat. Shortly after this rejection, the side effects of the Hero Water claimed their lives, ending their attempt.
