Housuke
Summary
Saaya discovers an injured African Collared Scops Owl named Housuke (ホウスケ) inside a cardboard box. Since her parents forbid her from keeping the bird at home, she petitions the Sket Dan to allow him to reside in their clubroom until his wounds heal. Although Switch warns that owls are difficult to care for, the group finds Housuke to be quite manageable. After his injuries heal, he initially refuses to fly, prompting Bossun and Saaya to leave him outside at night while they observe from a window. He eventually takes flight but quickly returns, having retrieved a figurine that Switch had previously lost. Housuke subsequently makes his home on Switch’s limited edition cynical stick, much to the latter's annoyance.
