Summary
Debuting in Episode 386, the Rosy Life Riders, formerly known as the Flying Fish Riders (トビウオライダーズ), originated as a kidnapping gang operating around the Sabaody Archipelago. Each member rides a flying fish, which gives the group its original name. Under the leadership of Duval, the gang adopted a biker aesthetic, evident in their clothing and the handlebars attached to their fish mounts. Following Duval's face alteration, the organization underwent a transformation, rebranding as the Rosy Life Riders and shifting their overall purpose.
