Summary
Professor Burnet is a researcher who first appeared in Pokémon Dream Radar. Her academic focus centers on the connection between Pokémon and other dimensions. She investigates the Interdream Zone, which exists between dreams and reality, and shares a friendship with Fennel stemming from their mutual interest in dream studies during college. Burnet made her main series debut in Pokémon Sun and Moon, where it was revealed she is married to Professor Kukui of Alola. Three months before the story begins, she discovered Lillie on a beach with Nebby in her bag, leading her and Kukui to assist Lillie in learning more about Nebby. After the player completes the Akala Island trials, Kukui invites them to the Dimensional Research Lab in Heahea City, where Burnet continues her work studying strange phenomena in Alola, including Ultra Wormholes and Ultra Beasts.
