Hild
Summary
Hild, known as the Daimakaichō or Great Demon Leader, is a prominent figure in the Oh My Goddess! series. As the supreme ruler of Hell and the mother of Urd, whom she affectionately calls Urd-chan, she wields power that far exceeds the combined strength of the three goddesses. Her presence is first revealed in the manga during volume 21, while the anime initially only showed her in shadow during a Urd flashback and in the final episode's credits before she appeared in the second season's seventeenth episode. Hild later creates a child avatar, which serves as a direct supervisor for Marller and becomes a recurring adversary for the goddesses. Although this avatar possesses only one-thousandth of Hild's true power, it remains a formidable opponent for anyone who faces it.
