Gremory, Zeoticus
Summary
Zeoticus Gremory serves as the current patriarch of the Gremory Clan of Devils and is the father of Rias Gremory and Sirzechs Lucifer, as well as the grandfather of Millicas Gremory. Although he appears as a middle-aged man with crimson red hair, he possesses a gentle nature that reflects the extraordinary affection characteristic of his lineage. Details regarding his early life remain scarce, aside from the knowledge that he wed Venelana Bael and raised two children. Following Sirzechs's ascension to the position of Satan, "Lucifer," which stripped him of his claim to lead the Gremory Clan, Zeoticus struck a deal with the Phoenix Clan to arrange a marriage between his daughter and Riser Phoenix prior to the main events. When the female members of the Occult Research Club were instructed to cohabitate with Issei, Rias requested her father to transform Issei's residence into a mansion. While the final design included three floors, two basements, an underground pool, and a large kitchen, the original concept envisioned a significantly larger estate staffed by numerous maids. Zeoticus maintains a friendly rapport with Issei's parents and appears to assume that Issei will ultimately marry Rias, at one point addressing the young man as "Son."
