Thalassa, Lucas
Summary
Thalassa Lucas serves as the King of Ilusia and made his sole appearance during a flashback in chapter 142. He is depicted as a bearded man who smokes a pipe, appearing six years prior during the Council of Kings in Mariejois. During this meeting, he presented a photograph of Dragon and remarked on the dangerous nature of Dragon's ideology. Thalassa predicted that within another six years, Dragon would become a significant obstacle to the World Government. As this scene is the only record of his existence, it remains unclear whether he is still alive or continues to rule his kingdom. The name Thalassa, derived from the Greek word for sea, also references a Greek sea goddess who personified the Mediterranean.
