Summary
Neon serves as the captain of the Uruha Oto (Sound) unit and stands as one of the two female members of the Jyushinshuu, alongside Mikoto. In terms of raw power, she ranks as the eighth strongest among her peers, trailing only Noroi, Kai, Raiha, Joker, Rasen, and Meguri Kyōza. Physically, Neon is a slender yet curvaceous and attractive woman with fairly large breasts. Her hair is primarily black but features two distinct red streaks. Her attire is quite revealing, consisting of a one-piece garment that is fastened at the waist by a belt and opens up beneath it, extending down to her ankles. A musical note adorns the bottom of the outfit to signify her connection to the sound element. Previously, the crystal for her madōgu Fukyo Waon was positioned on her right breast before it shattered. In the anime adaptation, her multi-colored hair shifts to dark red with orange streaks, whereas the manga depiction retains the original hair colors but adds a single blue pauldron armor piece to the right side of her outfit.
