Summary
Beneej Spoor, full name Spaurh Aronn Saicspath Nimh Laitpanr Painaich in Baronh, serves as the head of the Spoor family and the heir to the clan’s name. True to her heritage, she spends most of her time bored and annoyed by menial tasks. She maintains a fierce, centuries- or even millennia-long rivalry with the Abriel clan. While her tastes and behavior are eccentric, they are easy to decipher with enough time. An expert at reading people and comparing their intelligence to her own, she excels as both a businesswoman and a field commander. Thanks to her family genetics and inheritance, Beneej enjoys poking fun at those who cannot think on her level. According to Lafiel, she is publicly recognized as the one who perfected the teasing skills of the Spoors’ clan, which have existed for thousands of years. Outside of battle, her nature is relatively arrogant, though not to the point of interfering with her duties or subordination to superior officers and nobility. She typically appears bored by trivial tasks and despises having to wait before taking action. During such downtime, she teases her subordinate Kufadiss to satisfy her tastes and display her superior knowledge. On the battlefield, she maintains a calm and cool presence, becoming excited only when she holds the advantage. She seems to care little for inevitable casualties but is deeply attached to her fleet, often referring to her vessels as "her little ships." Her concern for the fate of her fleet and the servicemen under her command was clearly demonstrated during the Aptic Campaign and the Lobnas Gateway Battle.
