Summary
Milly is the younger sibling of Zeon operative Miharu Ratokie. After Kai makes the decision to depart from the White Base, Miharu invites him to her residence, allowing him to meet both Milly and Jill. Later, when Milly resolves to stow away on the White Base, Miharu ensures her sister and Jill are provided with funds for food before saying her goodbyes.
