Aiza, Nagi

Summary

Nagi Aiza serves as the initial apprentice and student of Kousei Arima. As a first-year music course student at Kurumigaoka Junior High School, she initially presented herself as a devoted fan of Hiroko Seto, though her true intentions were eventually unveiled. She possesses a stubborn and childish demeanor, introduced to the narrative as a cunning individual who harbors a deep disdain for Kousei Arima. Nagi maintains a grounded perspective on life and consistently vocalizes her aversion to clichés. Her flawless piano technique fuels a degree of arrogance, leading her to brand herself as the "Angel of Kurumi Junior High." Additionally, she is particular about propriety, showing clear distaste when others fail to use appropriate honorifics for their superiors, such as when Miike addressed Kousei directly as "Arima" rather than using terms like Sensei or Senpai. Nagi also exhibits a strong brother-complex, becoming entirely fixated on her brother, Takeshi. This obsession drives her to emulate his path, aiming both to capture his attention and to divert his own fixation away from Kousei.
