Summary
Tatsumi is a massive man who leads the ninja clan Kenshin encounters while searching for Tomoe. In the OVA, he appears as a physically fit elder dressed in traditional ninja garb. He engages Kenshin in a brutal fight, delivering a severe beating before ultimately being killed by the protagonist. Tatsumi is deeply devoted to Tokugawa values and is notably talkative, a stark contrast to his silent gang members.
