Vice-Admiral Dalmatian is among the numerous Marine Vice Admirals who took part in the Battle of Marineford. He consumed a Zoan-class Devil Fruit that grants him the ability to transform into a dalmatian, a power he utilizes to significantly boost his physical strength and combat effectiveness.
