Summary
Ixpellia is a contemporary of the Sankt Kaiser who remained in stasis from that era. She is discovered and rescued by Subaru during the Sound Stage X radio drama, where she befriends Vivio. She returns to sleep afterward and later makes an appearance in ViVid.
