Summary
Sapi is the fish vendor who attempted to sell the Elephant Tuna Fish to Sanji. Although he encountered Sanji in the anime adaptation, the sale did not go through. Instead, he informed the chef about a competition where the rare fish served as the grand prize. Sapi is visually distinct for having a small ponytail that mimics the shape of a fish fin. He first appeared in Chapter 98 and Episode 51.
