Mr. 3, who considers himself a brilliant strategist, boasts that his schemes are virtually flawless. Tasked with eliminating the Straw Hat Pirates and securing the bounties on the giants Dorry and Broggy, he relies on the Doru Doru no Mi, which grants him the ability to secrete molten wax from any part of his body, though he cannot transform his own flesh into wax. He disrupted the sacred duel between the two giants and subsequently captured Vivi, Nami, and Zoro. Using his Devil Fruit powers, he constructed a massive, spinning wax cake designed to drip wax onto the captives, intending to slowly encase them until they suffocated. This plan also served his vanity, as he admitted to struggling with creating perfect human wax figures and desired to keep the trio as living statues. Ultimately, Mr. 3 was defeated alongside fellow Baroque Works Officer Agents Miss Goldenweek, Mr. 5, and Miss Valentines Day.
