Madame Shyarly is a short mermaid of the mako shark species and serves as the younger sister of Arlong. Residing on Fishman Island, she operates as a fortune teller and is the owner of the Mermaid Cafe. Her prophetic abilities are highly regarded, as she accurately foresaw the beginning of the Great Age of Pirates. She made her debut in Chapter 610 and Episode 529.
