Summary
Rasiel first appeared in Target 220, with an official debut at the end of Target 221. He is Belphegor's older twin brother and the owner of the Storm Mare Ring. Although the twins fought constantly during their childhood, Rasiel always emerged victorious. In an attempt to defeat his brother, Belphegor once slipped laxatives into Rasiel's food to incapacitate him. Initially believed to have been killed by Belphegor, Rasiel later revealed himself to be the mastermind behind the Millefiore defense in Italy. He possesses a special box that summons a bat capable of unleashing invisible storm flames to attack his enemies. His personality mirrors Belphegor's, with one key difference: instead of claiming to be a prince, Rasiel asserts that he is a king.
