Summary
Nozomu Saikawa is a student at Kaimei High School who serves as the president of the Boys' Manga Club. He forms the mangaka duo Sainon & Magarfunkel alongside Magata, a name that puns on the famous folk rock duo Simon & Garfunkel. Standing as the taller of the pair, he is described by Roman as a real gentleman. He made his manga debut in Chapter 156, titled "The Road Roman Takes," and appeared in the anime during Episode 73, "The Time I Fully Came to Know Peeping...".
