Landegre, Regis K.
Summary
Regis K. Landegre is a Noble who is considered remarkably young at the age of 199. He places a high value on elegance, manners, and honor, exhibiting an extremely prideful personality. He and Seira appeared to investigate the possible presence of an infected or mutant among humans. Regis is fairly short, which initially excited Ikhan, who was eager to meet someone of the same size. While Ikhan has always felt self-conscious about his stature, Regis is not bothered by it. Regis initially clashes with M-21, harboring a strong dislike for modified humans whom he believes have sold their humanity for power. However, his opinion shifts after witnessing M-21 sacrifice himself for the children, though this is not enough to repair their sensitive relationship. Despite his better judgment and reluctance, Regis is recruited into Tao’s group, Rai’s Knights, serving as RK No. 3.
