Summary
Petty Officer Shine is a large Marine under the command of Captain Hina, where he serves as one of her senior officers. He is distinguishable by his sunglasses and a peculiar goatee. Shine was the first to observe Fullbody and Jango performing a strange dance in an effort to impress Hina. His name was officially revealed in the Grand Data File: Blue. He made his debut in Chapter 214 and Episode 128.
