Summary
Nurui is a shinobi affiliated with Kumogakure. Following the demise of Yurui, he assumed the role of de-facto captain for a unit within the Third Division. Demonstrating cowardice, he chose to flee from Ameyuri Ringo, abandoning his comrades as they were defeated one by one. When Omoi resolved to stop running, Nurui attempted to dissuade him from engaging Ameyuri in battle. After Omoi rejected Nurui’s counsel, Kayui pursued him but was incapacitated by Ameyuri’s attack. It was later revealed that Nurui and his allies had orchestrated the situation, deliberately luring Ameyuri into a marsh where she became trapped.
