Summary
After spending his early years as an orphan, Moominpappa was a restless soul who departed the orphanage to explore the world during his youth. He has since settled down, dedicating himself to being a responsible father to his family. He is nearly always seen wearing his black top-hat, which is inscribed with "M.P. from your M.M." to distinguish it from every other top hat in existence. Additionally, he once spent a few days living aboard a ship with three Hattifatteners, where he observed their behavior.
