Summary
Eiichi Hiraizumi serves as the reserve pitcher for the Kaimei High School baseball club, where he is viewed with suspicion as a potential suspect in the Glass Man investigation. Although he lacks regular status on the team and suffers from notoriously poor aim, he diligently practices his pitching skills in silence every morning. He shares a romantic relationship with the club manager, Sakiko, to whom he has pledged to lead them to Kōshien. The character made his first appearance in Chapter 69 of the manga and Episode 33 of the anime, both titled The Glass Man.
