Summary
Miharu is a resident of Belfast, Ireland, who secretly operates as a spy for the Principality of Zeon. She utilizes the funds provided by Zeon forces to support her younger brother and sister, who have been left orphaned by the war. During her surveillance of the White Base while it was docked at the port, she encountered and formed a friendship with Kai Shiden.
