Summary
Suzuno Oosugi is the daughter of Takao, the individual to whom Einosuke entrusted the book. She assumes the role of the Byakko priestess and develops romantic feelings for the Celestial Warrior Tatara. However, when she prays to God for the ability to be with him, she is told that this desire cannot be fulfilled. Consequently, Suzuno returns to the real world to live her life. Later, while Miaka and Yui are inside the book, her grandson Toki introduces Keisuke to them. Shortly after this meeting, Suzuno and Tatara die simultaneously, allowing their spirits to reunite.
