Summary
Chloe is an original character created for the anime adaptation of Spice and Wolf. A resident of Pasroe, she has known Lawrence for a long time and learned the trade of merchanting under his guidance. Although her romantic feelings for him remain unclear, she holds him in high regard as her mentor. This character was introduced in the 2008 anime series, where she served as a replacement for Yarei, an old male acquaintance of Lawrence who appears in the original light novels and manga. In the 2024 anime series, the adaptation reverted to the source material, featuring Yarei instead of Chloe.
