Takayuki Furuichi is a central protagonist in the series Beeluwab and serves as the best friend of Oga. Alongside Oga, he is a first-year student at Ishiyama High School, an affiliation that technically places him within the Touhoushinki as well. His personal details include a birthday on November 11, making him a Scorpio, and he stands at 175 cm tall with blood type A. He has a clear preference for cute, beautiful, or simply women, while he strongly dislikes endless stories. Furuichi distinguishes himself as the most normal character in the anime and manga because he constantly attempts to inject common sense into chaotic situations. Unlike his peers, he possesses no supernatural powers. Despite maintaining a generally rational, passive, and calm demeanor, he often reacts with insane yet comical behavior when characters act outrageously, a reaction that frequently surprises those around him.
