Summary
Tsukai is a former student of Enoshima Junior High, where he earned the title of one of the 4 Emperors of Enoshima P.S.4, a designation marking him as one of the four most powerful fighters in the school. He is a formidable combatant who shows no hesitation in challenging opponents who are stronger than himself. During his time at the junior high, his senpai was Kunito Nakajou, which provided Tsukai with deep insider knowledge of gang affairs, specifically regarding the Midnight Angel. Now attending Tsujidou High, Tsukai quickly befriends the Onibaku gang upon their arrival. He actively supports their pursuit of girls alongside Makoto, helping them connect with Keiko and Mayumi while sharing information about the Culture Festival at the Ferris School for Girls and the annual Valentine's Day parade. Tsukai is also eager to assist his new friends, such as offering to help Eikichi seek revenge against Machida.
