Summary
Passing herself off as a genuine school nurse, Mako Yakumaru is actually an assassin deployed to eliminate Midou Kusabira after her previous attempt on Tsukune’s life failed. She attempts to manipulate Moka by injecting her with a hypnotic fluid, compelling the vampire to kill Tsukune. When this scheme collapses, she resorts to using several bystanders to attack Tsukune and his friends. Mako appears in the fourth episode of the anime’s second season, where it is revealed that she holds the legitimate position of school nurse rather than merely disguising herself as one.
