Summary
Ki El Dogra is the first prince of the planet Dogura. Possessing an exceptionally high IQ, he directs his intellect primarily toward tormenting those around him for his own amusement. Although his full name is Baka Ki El Dogra, he is universally known simply as Prince or Prince Baka. This moniker serves as a pun, as the term baka-ouji can refer to both Prince Baka and a stupid prince. He also makes a brief appearance in episode 36 of the Hunter x Hunter (2011) anime, where he comments on an arena match, though his voice actor remains unlisted.
