Known as Suzuki in the Japanese release and Suzuka in the English adaptation, this character belongs to the Fractured Fairy Tales. Formerly celebrated as the Powerful Warrior Tanaka, he suffered a humiliating defeat at the hands of Younger Toguro. Initially portrayed as deeply selfish and narcissistic, Suzuki believed himself to be the only beautiful person in a world of ugliness, a delusion that led him to murder several spectators at the Dark Tournament who failed to worship him. However, it is later revealed that he possesses a caring side, demonstrated when he assisted Kazuma Kuwabara and Kurama during the Finals Rounds of the Dark Tournament. He is highly intelligent, possessing extensive knowledge of various moves and abilities. Suzuki frequently appears in clown attire; in the anime, his hair is blond in this guise, but naturally appears brown with subtle green shading. A master of disguise, he is also exceptionally skilled at crafting weapons to aid his allies. His primary combat abilities involve manipulating his spirit energy to unleash powerful blasts.
