Miyamori, Aoi

Summary

Aoi Miyamori developed a passion for animation during her school years, leading her to join a club where she collaborated with four friends to produce a short anime titled "Shinbutsu Konkou Shichifukujin" for their high school cultural festival. Although the group successfully completed the project, it became apparent that Aoi lacked strong skills in drawing, computer graphics, scriptwriting, and voice acting. Before graduating, the five girls solidified a promise to reunite and create another anime by sharing donuts, each determined to pursue a career in the industry. Unlike her peers, Aoi graduated without a clear direction and eventually joined Musashino Animation as a production assistant, immediately diving into her first project, Exodus! Following her first year at the studio, Musashino Animation was contracted to adapt the manga "The Third Girl Aerials Squad." Aoi was promoted to Head Production Assistant by director Seiichi Kinoshita following the resignation of her colleague Yutaka Honda, who left to chase his own dreams. This promotion placed significant pressure on Aoi, who felt immediately overwhelmed by the demands of her new role. Despite these challenges, Aoi maintains a bright and cheerful demeanor, striving to stay positive even when problems become murky. She is hardworking, deeply cares for her friends, and remains energetic and calm under stress. Although new to Musashino Animation, she quickly learned to manage the daily pressures of her job. Her diligence and persistent determination to resolve every predicament have earned her the respect of colleagues and industry acquaintances alike.
