Summary
Hokuto Yakushimaru is a veteran acquaintance of Tamura, having known him from the days when Tamura’s organization operated as an illegitimate Yakuza group. In his capacity as Mikuro’s older step-brother, Hokuto serves as the crucial link that allows Tamura to contact Mikuro. This connection enables Tamura to seek guidance on resolving the mysterious affliction affecting Haruhiko and to determine the appropriate course of action regarding Rin.
