Summary
Fad served as Jet Black’s former partner within the ISSP, making his debut in the episode titled "Black Dog Serenade." During their time working together, the duo tracked down Udai Taxim, who was then a member of the Europa gang. The pursuit led to Jet and Fad separating, with Jet maintaining a close tail on Udai. Just as it appeared Jet had successfully cornered his target, a flashlight was suddenly activated and shone directly into Jet’s eyes, followed by the sound of a gunshot that resulted in the loss of Jet’s arm. Although Jet believed Udai was responsible at the time, it is later revealed in "Black Dog Serenade" that Fad was the actual shooter. Fad had been working for Europa’s payroll, motivated by the substantial financial reward and the desire to prevent the arrest of one of the gang’s crucial members. In the episode, Jet and Fad reunite to stop criminals who have hijacked a police transport ship. Echoing their past tactics, they split up inside the vessel because Fad is aware that Jet prefers to work alone. After subduing the other criminals, only Udai remains. During the ensuing fight between Udai and Jet, Udai exposes Fad’s betrayal and role in the incident that cost Jet his arm.
