Akane
Summary
Encased within the walls of the office occupied by Neuro, Akane exists as a corpse, with only a single braid of hair protruding from the concrete. This braid functions with remarkable dexterity, allowing her to manipulate objects much like a hand. In exchange for hair care services provided by Yako, she agrees to serve as Neuro’s secretary. Later in the story, her disembodied braid is found attached to Yako’s new mobile phone.
