Summary
Raikou operates as a deceptive faith healer who allies with the Hishimanji Guren Gang to inflict ruin upon Takani Megumi and other local physicians. His main objective is to swindle and profit from his patients, and he is known to specifically favor wealthy clients. However, his schemes are thwarted by the Kenshin-gumi, forcing him to write a confession admitting that he has been a charlatan all along.
