Yuuhi, Shinku
Summary
Shinku Yuuhi is a jounin shinobi from Konohagakure and the father of Kurenai. During the Nine-Tails' Attack on Konoha, he was observed sealing young shinobi, including his daughter, inside a protective barrier to keep them safe from the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox. When Kurenai expressed her displeasure with this arrangement, Shinku reminded her that as a shinobi, her lifespan could be short, and he asked her to survive long enough to have a grandchild to whom the Will of Fire could be passed on.
