Summary
Vaccine Man is a being born from the massive pollution that humans have released across the Earth. He claims to be an incarnation of nature's wrath, created to wipe out humanity and effectively vaccinate the planet against future infections. As the first adversary encountered by Saitama in OnePunch-Man, he marks the beginning of the hero's journey.
