Summary
Lucius Orgueille, the eldest son and heir to the low-ranking Orgueille house in the Beltram kingdom, once vied for the position of King's Sword alongside Alfred Emal. Following the collapse of his family, he transitioned into an adventurer and, shortly after the murder of Ayame, departed the kingdom to establish the mercenary group known as the Heavenly Lions, or Griffins. This elite unit gained legendary status across the Strahl region for their unparalleled victories, becoming the ultimate aspiration for mercenaries seeking entry. In recent years, the group's public presence has vanished; it is presumed that Lucius secretly deployed his members, including himself, on covert assignments for Reis. Although the Griffins have ceased official operations for years and many suspect they disbanded, their fame endures, with even non-combatants like Liselotte aware of their reputation.
