Summary
Serving as an apprentice wizard under Dorothy, Shiine possesses magical abilities that surpass those of Chacha, establishing him as the most sensible and reasonable member of the group. He demonstrates unwavering loyalty to his master and takes great pleasure in performing household chores. Shiine harbors a significant crush on Chacha, which often leaves him feeling uneasy whenever Riiya and Chacha share a close bond without his involvement. Abandoned to Dorothy by his father, Access, when he was an infant, Shiine is eventually reunited with his parents with the assistance of Chacha and Riiya.
