Summary
Futoshi Akutsu is a student at Suzuran who was notorious for constantly bullying Yasuo Yasuda. Initially, he operated under the command of Yamazaki Tatsuya of the Bandou Faction. However, after suffering a defeat at the hands of Harumichi Bouya, Akutsu was severely beaten by his former superiors and subsequently abandoned the group. He later joined the Harumichi Family, forming friendships with Sagawa Susumu and Yasuo Yasuda, although he is known for always running away from fights.
