Summary
Ichimonji Go serves as the protagonist of Getter Robo Go. He is a strong-willed teenager possessing exceptional strength and athletic prowess, yet he is violent and initially shows little regard for life. His daring deeds eventually catch the eye of Colonel Hayato Jin, leading to his recruitment into NISAR as one of the three pilots of Getter Robo Go. He also takes center stage in the OVA Shin Getter Robo vs. Neo Getter Robo, a story loosely based on the manga. In this adaptation, his role and personality remain somewhat similar, with the key difference being that he pilots Neo Getter-1.
