Summary
The elderly proprietor of the Gokuraku Japan branch video shop is known only by his title, with his true identity remaining a mystery. Although he holds the position of Manager, he occupies a low-ranking status within the Gokuraku hierarchy, primarily overseeing the store’s rental operations. He possesses specialized expertise in Video Girl Engineering, which he utilizes to assist his employer, Rolex, with the development and maintenance of technical equipment. Notably, he is the sole ordinary human among the Gokuraku’s workforce.
