Summary
Yokaze is a medical-nin hailing from Konohagakure. During the Fourth Shinobi World War, he served within the Logistical Support and Medical Division. As the number of casualties mounted, he observed Yugao Uzuki performing her tasks with remarkable efficiency, finding it strange that an ANBU operative had been stationed with their unit. Yokaze was subsequently placed under Sukui’s command alongside Sakura Haruno and Iou for a mission to recover a KIA scroll stolen by Hayate Gekko and two reincarnated shinobi from Suna and Kumo. In the heat of combat, Yokaze tossed his sword to Yugao, but she remained too shaken by the prospect of fighting her former lover to wield it. Although Yokaze was wounded during the skirmish, he was treated by Yugao afterward. The operation proved successful, as they not only retrieved the scroll but also sealed their comrade and the other two reincarnated shinobi.
