Summary
Rinku is a mischievous child-demon and a member of the Jolly Devil Six who participates in the Dark Tournament. He wields specialized Serpent Yo-Yos, manipulating their movements through his aura to either entangle opponents or strike them directly. Although his playful and childish demeanor frequently irritates those around him, he shares a friendly bond with fellow team member Chu. During the Makai Tournament, Rinku expands his combat capabilities by learning to control his yo-yos with his toes and fingers. Kuwabara notes that Rinku possesses an exceptionally powerful kick. In the Dark Tournament Preliminaries, Rinku faces off against Kuwabara. The match concludes when both fighters are knocked out of the arena; however, Rinku recovers first and uses his yo-yos to trap Kuwabara, preventing him from re-entering and securing a victory. Following this bout, Rinku makes several minor appearances, including during the conflict between Yusuke Urameshi and Younger Toguro. Later, in the Saga of the Three Kings, he undergoes training under Genkai, ultimately achieving the rank of A-Class demon. He competes in the Makai Tournament, advancing past the preliminaries before being eliminated shortly thereafter.
